Cyberpunk Horror
Cyberpunk horror movies provide a diverse cross-over subgenre. Japanese cyberpunk movies like Tetsuo - The Ironman show up next to more “traditional” horrors like VideoDrome. Cyberpunk movies will end up in this category if they seem to have a primary goal to scare or “horrify” the audience. Like all of my themes categories, I don’t distinguish here between movies and animes (which are very influential in cyberpunk) - you will see both listed.
And yes, I realize I don’t have all cyberpunk horror movies listed…yet. I’m still in the process of uploading my reviews. If you have one in mind that you don’t see here, let me know, and I’ll bump it up in priority.

I am surprised that “Repo Man” didn’t make the list. With aliens, government cover-ups and crooked cops I think that it should be included on the list

Brainscan?

imho Videodrome is not a “traditional” horror movie, it is brilliant in it’s surrealism and absurdism.

Seems like brainscan, arcade, horrorvision and a few other game/web horror flicks would be on there. I’d even settle for seeing evolver on that list. Just my thought though. I think I have an absurd attraction to b-class films from the 80s/early 90s..
